Leaving the island, we track your ferry crossing in real time and wait at the glass lower-level exit gate with a digital nameboard, ready to take over your luggage bins as they roll out.
We monitor all commercial flights and private tail numbers electronically. Your 45-minute complimentary airport wait window does not begin until wheels touch the tarmac, regardless of delays. If a severe delay pushes your arrival past the final 11:00 PM scheduled ferry, we contact you immediately to coordinate emergency 24/7 private water taxi transit (such as Sea Tow) to bridge the gap to the island harbor.

To keep transit seamless when you are on the mainland for dinner, golf, or shopping, we eliminate custom mileage quoting. We charge flat, capped rates based on distance rings from our Southport/Oak Island hub ($75 under 10 miles, $135 for 10–20 miles, $195 for 20–30 miles). Anything within that ring is fully covered — no surprise traffic or bridge delays will alter your fare.
Island living requires mainland errands. We include 15 minutes of free standby time for all residential pickups. For extended errands — a Calabash golf club stop, provisioning groceries, or waiting out a ferry delay — we offer a flat standby rate of $75 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
